    • KineMaster can be used on devices running the Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and above, although some devices may have limited editing functionality or may not be supported (due to KineMaster's dependency on chipset, OS version, LCD size and so on to provide an optimized video editing performance).

    • KineMaster supports media with the formats listed below:

      - Video format: MP4 (H.264 Baseline/Main/High Profile + AAC LC), 3GP (H.264 Baseline/Main/High Profile + AAC LC), MOV (H.264   + AAC LC, only on devices where MOV video format is played in a native gallery)

      - Audio format: MP3, M4A, AAC

      - Image format: JPG, PNG

    • Select Subscription from Export to save edited videos without watermark. Choose a monthly or annual subscription. Purchase the product of your choice and save videos without a watermark.

    • For Android apps, the payments are made with credit cards in the Checkout Service of Google Play. For this, you need to register your credit card and $1 is charged to test if the registration is successfully authorized by your credit card. This amount, however, is not actually billed and is refunded not long after authorization. Please note that the additional $1 is not charged for subsequent subscription product purchases because your credit card information is already registered.

    • If you wish to delete and re-install an app or to use an app in another device, log in to Google Play using the same account and install the app. Once the app is installed, you can use the service without any additional charges. (Please note, however, that the app must be installed in devices that are supported by KineMaster.)

    • You will not be charged with a fee if you purchase a subscription product and cancel the subscription during the free trial period. However, once the free trial period is over, the fee is automatically billed to you. This means that even if you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to get a refund for the payment already made. You will however be able to continue using the subscription product until the end of the service period. 
      When you cancel, you will also not be charged any free after the subscription period expires (Monthly subscription: From the following month/Annual subscription: From the following year).

      KineMaster follows Google Play’s payment system and refund rules.

    • Promotional codes are used so that you can try out our subscription products for free. After editing an video using KineMaster, select Export and enter the 16-digit promotional code in Enter Promotional Code screen. You can try using the respective subscription product for free.
